At GENTLY, we craft pure and sustainable herbal bar soaps empowering every body to live gently. As an eczema warrior born and raised in the South that prides herself on her agricultural heritage and plant science background, it was important to our founder, Kristen, to use her experiences to create better skin health solutions. She harnessed the power of organic US farm-grown herbs to develop blends that are not only gentler and more earth-conscious than essential oils, but also clinically proven to be irritant-free, safe and effective at caring for sensitive skin. By introducing joy into your daily wellness routine, we offer a holistic and safe escape from conventional products, one herbal infused bar at a time.

Return Policy

You have 5 calendar days from the day your order was delivered to request a refund or exchange for any damaged products. To request a refund or exchange, please email info@gentlysoap.com with your order confirmation number, a photo of the damaged product, and reason for the refund request. Gently may deny the refund request if the correspondence between you and Gently does not reasonably indicate that the product is damaged. 

In the event of a refund request, Gently may give you the option to either keep or discard the item. Any approved refunds will only be for the amount paid for the products ordered, not the shipping fee or sales tax. 

Gently processes the refund within 15 business days from the accepted return request. It may take up to 7-10 business days for you to see the transfer into your original form of payment account depending on your bank. All refunds will be made in United States Dollars.
